Mazda motor?

A while back, there was a discussion regarding alternative motors for our
Alpines. If memory serves, there was a recommendation of a Mazda pickup
truck motor.

I ran across a cheap B2200 with a 5 speed. This motor has the intake on the
right and exhaust on the left like we need. Has anyone put one of these in?
Any major problems?
