The 42DCOE was an OEM carburrettor used mainly on Italian exotics.
I highly discourage using 42 DCOEs unless they come with a bunch of parts.
The chokes and many other parts are not available, and the 40mm and 45mm
are not compatible.
Better you use a set of 40s as 45s really arent needed till you start
getting into the 150BHP realm.
Also perhaps worth mentioning, that the pistons on stroms go full open
at high RPMS with any level of modification on the engine, which is to
say that 150CDs are not suitible for heavily modified engines.
