Jay,
I had to do this for both my doors (taken off for painting). Just
stick 'em in the vise cold and squeeze. It'll be trial and error to
get them to fit 'cuz you have to test fit them and take 'em off again
if they're not right the first time (which they won't be). I suggest
you have someone to help you (I did mine by myself, not easy). At the
very least, you need something to rest the door on. Also, you can
alternately jack up or push down on the end of the door to help get the
top/bottom fot right.
