Just to put in my two cents. I have a standard 80hp humber sceptre with 3.89
diff and overdrive and it cruises great. The overdrive bummed out once, and
I gave up driving it cause I couldn't handle the revving. It cruises real
happy from 60 to 80mph.
I also have another sceptre with a 3.55 (holden) diff and the overdirve. The
motor is tweaked to around 100hp and that pulls fine also. Wouldn't mind an
even higher gear at times.
