There are two plastic inserts in the lower valence. These appear to be stock with
the car.Tthe license plate lights shine downward under the bumper. The plate is
about 4"" from the ground. There were no holes in the deck lid on the car..Sounds
like changes based on the factory day of the week.....-art-
