Brent,

My dash responded well to a soap and water cleaning (I may have used a
toothbrush?) followed up by armor all. I bet that any vinyl restoration
product would do, although I'm sure opinions abound as to which product is
the best. It depends on what condition your dash is in as to whether it will
respond to this treatment or not.
