Hi,
I'm having some trouble getting my carbs (Zenith) tuned up. Here's the
deal: idle is fine, but the initial push on the throttle causes lots of
stuttering, sometimes even backfiring through the carb, then it smoothes
out and runs fine again. Any ideas on what this initial 'burp' is? I
seem to remember someone else having this problem a while back, but it
is stumping me (not hard) and my mechanic. Any info would be
appreciated. Also, fuel pump, distributor, and all other related parts
are stock.
