Okay, I've been racking my brain on this electrical problem I've been having. The good news
is that I've solved it. The bad news is that the problem was right in front of my face all along
and I was just missing it. Actually, I had the right idea, just the wrong parts!!!
Turned out to be the Voltage Regulator. Believe it or not, I replaced it with three used ones
out of my stock pile. You would have thought that one out of three would have been
good...well not in this case. I finally decided to pull the one off of the Le Mans because I
knew that it worked. Walla...problem solved. Now, is there a way to bench test a Voltage
Regulator to see if is any good. I only have about 10 of them and I'd like to throw away any
bad ones. Thanks to all for their input on this topic, and to Jan for his help trouble shooting
last weekend.
