You'll need to rebuild the carbs. The o-rings on the bottom have
dry-rotted. Just do a complete rebuild. While your at it, check the
wear on the throttle shafts, they are notorious for causing problems.
As for your brakes, your servo could be bad, but that wouldn't take
away your brakes completely. Take the front cover off your servo, if
fluid comes out, it's bad. Otherwise, I think your brakes probably
need a complete overhaul.
