Jeff,

They do the same here when the tax isn't a percentage, but a flat charge per
gallon. Then as the price increases, they say they are getting a lower
"percentage".

All politicians can talk out of both sides of their mouth at the same time - on each
of their two heads!!! That's how they get the jobs!

Just my observation and opinion. Everybody else has the facts.
