The inserts are called nipples (teehee, he said nipples, he said nipples).
Otherwise known in polite circles as the "n" word (at least that is what I
heard). So just go to the local Ace Hardware and ask the guy for some "n
words" -- he will know what you mean. Oops, did I say he? I meant he or
she. But don't clamp a ferrel down without n words cause it just squashes
the hose and only lasts for a short time. By the way, it doesn't really have
a flared end, it is more of a lip. Kim
