I agree with that....
All the discussion reminds me of real estate values in places that become
trendy, like Santa Fe, Aspen, etc., where it gets to be so expensive to live
there, the locals have to move away, because they can't afford to pay the
taxes.
I am quite content to have an "udervalued" classic. Not to me, it's not...
