Lack of lubrication in the mechanism and wear in the tracks can make things
stick. Also, there is a spring in each side that is supposed to help raise the
window. When I went through my car many years ago, I found that a PO had
installed the mechanisms on the opposite sides (yes, it can be done) so the
springs were helping LOWER the windows. I don't have one out to check right now,
but if I remember correctly thay are stamped with "LH" and "RH" on one of the
arms.

Hello All,
My windows just do not opertate smoothly or very easily. The windows
are so small and light weight that it shuold be easy to crank them open.. Mine
are not easy. They go down easy but not up easily.
What should I lubricate and with what?? Is there any adjustments to
be made??
                Thanks,
                        DAniel 69 2000
