Others will have more knowledgeable input (no pun intended), but
re-using something that is so cheap and so HARD to get to is not
recommended.
I would measure the OD of the sleeve if you have doubts of having the
right one. If you got it from one of our illustrious vendors, I doubt
you got the wrong one, but it is worth a check.
A machine shop technique for press-fit bushings is to freeze the
bushing, effectively shrinking it. Another is to chamfer (grind a small
45 degree angle) the OD entry surface (not the whole thickness!) if it
isn't already. Freezing should work well, give to minimum 2 hours in
the freezer and you'll be surprised at the size change, especially if it
is brass as it appears in the picture. Good luck, Fergus O'Freezeplug,

Roadster content: just got a "new" set of 185/65's installed on my rims,
and they look great. I had been running cheapo 185/75's that resembled
tractor tires. Thanks much to Howard from Glendale who upgraded to
Falken A-Zoomy's and had these available. On the road again.....
