Carb Question

I just came into a set of weber dcoe 40's that are brand new never before run,
still in the box. They have been in their boxes for probably over ten years.
My question is. Do you think they need a rebuild? Or is the rubber, gaskets
etc. most likely still good. Input is much appreciated.
