Not wanting to sound like the novice most of you know I am, I re-read Kas's
post. Kas calls the pulley in question a Gilmer pulley, not a Gilmore...
Tons of hits on a Gilmer pulley... ;-) Looks like a cogged pulley.
OK, I'll bite. Why is this better? Because you do not have to run the belt
as tight? Or is it because you can buy them in various sizes to change the
water pump speed?
