I'm assuming you have 40 DCOE carbs, is that correct?  Here's a
starting point, assuming the 28mm chokes:

      choke  aux   jet   em  air corr  idle  pump
GT-6   28    4.5   120   f2    160     50F11  45
                        or f16

Do you know what sizes of the various bits you already have on hand?
Hmm, this discussion reminded me the Fat Chance Garage has some Weber bits
to order, I better get that done today!
