I took another crank back to the machinists that he had had Pittsburgh Crank 
turn, and asked him if he could remove the plugs and clean it.  When I 
returned to pick it up, he told me that this crank had all sorts of crap in 
it.  He reinstalled the plugs while I was standing there using some brown 
Locktite.
