That's kind of what this looked like except they had some kind of
high-speed stop action strobe. It was on a site that also showed modern
dry sump technology--isolated sumps (one per cylinder), one scavenging
pump for each sump, etc. It's easy to see that pistons get plenty of
lubrication.
