Full cage requirements became about 89 I think...then changed again in92, then
again in 95, then 99 then again 2002, then again next year.

'72 and the numbers were to match the log book #'s

No, each region has kept their own numbers, some have fairly good records others
have none.  SCCA headquarters doesn't keep any.
