It's all about the money.
That said I still very much enjoy F1. It is an astonishing technical
exercise. Very much like building high performance military aircraft.
Amazing what the human mind can come up with when given a really restrictive
set of parameters, and enough cash...
It may be boring to many Americans to watch an F1 race, but not to me.
18,000+rpm is music to my ears.
