Yes. It's a great big bolt that reaches through the center of the fan
extension and threads into the nose of the crankshaft. You'll likely need a
6-point socket to grab the head (due to the rounded corners).

Impact wrench works a treat, if you have one. Otherwise you'll need some
way to hold the crank from turning, like maybe a big screwdriver stuck in
the flywheel teeth.
