What happened:
- Exhaust valve broke off
- The piston pushed it into the head face and cracked the head
- Masses of water intruded the combustion
- The piston fell into pieces
- Half of the liner is broken away
- The rod is straight (as far I can see) and the bearing is moving, =
no bearing failure.
