A pump grease gun can be employed in similar manner. I do the same for =
brake calipers (and slave cylinders too)that are rusted and seized. Made =
a fitting that threads into the caliper and has a zerk on the end of it. =
Works better than 95% of the time.=20

Find a punch that=E2=80=99s very close to the diameter of the =
pilot=E2=80=94an old input shaft is great. Take a bunch of toilet paper, =
soak it in water and push it into the bushing. When you can=E2=80=99t =
push more, use the punch to hammer it in, then add more. Keep repeating =
until the pressure of the wet paper pushes out the bushing. Sounds =
crazy, works great. Just did it recently.=20
