I happened to have an 8=E2=80=9D length of dowel that was almost the =
exact diameter of the bushing. I packed the bushing hole full of grease =
and drove the dowel in with a mallet. The hydraulic pressure is plenty =
to move the pilot bush out.
Hadn=E2=80=99t heard of the toiled paper method!
