I thought I would throw this out here and see what you all thought was the
best Idea you ever had in your shop....

I have always been a big fan of polishing stuff... just part of my
nature... and I love to make bolts clean and of course I am always grinding
something... so the bottom line is that I own a couple of grinders..... my
problem was that they took up to much room in my shop so I had them
separated.... well I got to thinking about it one day... and Brad and I had
already made the stands out of the old wire wheels I had laying around from
some old dead Healey somewhere...

and what I did is took a piece of 6" channel iron and mounted it below the
first grinder I had on the stand .... so now the lower grinder sticks out
from the stand post and the top grinder is directly over it.. the beauty of
the set up is that everything I need for grinding polishing or what ever is
in a craftsman bottom box right beside it and I have 4 points to mount the
wheels of my choice... 

sounds corny... but it works like stink...

what was your best Idea....?
