For SCTA I think you will have a problem with the "no aftermarket blocks" or 
what ever rule. You must use an original block. That is why I petitioned SCTA 
to allow a 183 CID and 260 CID class as well as the current 325 and 375 
limits in the XO and VF classes. This allows flat motors that are not so 
stressed and many other O motors to be used. 325 was a lot of inches in 49.
