Thanks and Intro

Thanks for the answers to my question on traction.

I'm looking at running in one of the 500cc or lower cc motorcycle classes.  
I've done some drag racing, but that is about it.  Mainly I just help wrench 
on my friend's car rather than spend the dollars on my own.  But I have 
always wanted to try land speed racing, so rather than keep putting it off I 
am trying to get a plan together on setting up something for 2001 (got to 
save some vacation time up).
