That's a tough one. Nothing really fits all your criterion. If you go narrow
it's likely to have a very short WB. And don't forget to factor in the
guesstimated CD numbers.
Also I believe the rule book says an Altered can be stretched 2%. Probably
not a big help on a Pinto!!
