job. Running with engine in one compartment and the driver in another , it
make an initial run of 147 miles per hour, but then scared the stink out of
on-lookers every time thereafter when, spinning out of control and unbalanced,
it dug into the salt surface. Johanson discovered he had serious front end
suspension problems, and officials withdrew the car from running for the
safety of all concerned."
I'm not saying you can't do it, but you asked if anyone had tried this before.
