Dick,
I use braided hose on everything. The Flatty might get away with #10 AN
outlets and inlets connected to a common #14 or #16 (I can't remember which
one isn't made). I definitely wouldn't run PVC (Tech would probably frown on
it) and would limit long lengths of rigid mounted metal pipe.
