List,
For your information ... Rick Vesco and the off road vehicle dealers in Utah
are battling an incredibly well financed (one point three million dollars
from Donald Trump) attempt to close all BLM lands in Utah to off road
vehicles. The lawyer the dealers hired was Orrin Hatch's public lands man
for years in Washington and knows his stuff. The BLM people have had to
spend their time opening files rather than doing what they are supposed to
be doing in order to have answers for the gangs of environmentalist lawyers.
The salt flats are part of this. There have been week long seminars in the
D C Beltway area teaching people how to impose their will on the
"locals" as they call us. This is a structured attempt.

Any salt racer who votes for Gore and his environmental agenda will deserve
what he or she gets!

So far they have no grounds to bother us on the salt because we have been
the only ones working at preserving the area but they are trying to close
all other BLM areas around the salt flats.

When you hear how "bad" the Utah congressional delegation is on
environmental issues just be glad they are aware of the real situation and
will vote accordingly. This from a state where Clinton came in third in the
last election.

Reilly pumped 320,000 tons of salt onto the racing surface in March
according to Save the Salt Chairman, Larry Volk.

Save the salt!
