I was in the Tire Store (not Firestone) the other day...replacing a tire
that had ply separation...I was absolutely amazed at the line of Ford
Explorers waiting to have their Firestone tires removed. They were all
driven by women...for whatever that's worth...time of day maybe...and none
had the recalled tires. Looked like pure panic to me. The store was super
busy and manager had the biggest grin on his face.
