Wind testing,LSR, East Coast,...O.K., I don't think this is what you meant,
but i once read that the LSR record was held for a brief period around the
turn of the last century by an Ice Boat,on skates w/ sail on the Hudson river
at Haverstraw,N.Y. (near Indian Pt). It supposedly went over 100 mph on the
frozen bay in the dead of winter...........Bob ,trivial fount, Wanner in N.Y.
