I forget who asked the question, but here's my 2 cents worth (or is it $300?).
In '99 I think it was, I sold my entry by hanging out at the registration
trailer and asking everyone in line if they were pre-entered, and if not
would they like to buy my entry? It only took a half hour or so. Prior to
that, they would just refund my money at the trailer You should check with
someone on the board for this year's policy.
