That was not quite as comon as the I-6 the bell 
housings were a bolt up they raised the hood with an 
extension so that you could get the down draft carbs to 
clear with the other two engs. This was quite common 
especially with the ARP trenchers and several other 
industrial applications. wmts 
PS used to be a Ford tractor dealer.
