Gene needs it cause his Car is a Street car and of course we don't have a
reverse gear installed.

The thing comes with the standard centering Rod and Stops but the stops are
for all 6 speeds....  I did it like I have done many shifters in the
past.... What I didn't compensate for was the up shift cuts I had done in
the Shifter.... kinda hard to explain but Long custom cut the gates for me,
and that cut caused the misalianment of the Sliders.... nothing fancy to
fix... But Gene just had the same Gate work done on his.....  wanted to make
sure he understood the deal....
