Yeah, well maybe the Ford exploder (OOPS! Freaudian slip!!!) I
mean Explorer, DOES have a higer "allowed" speed programed in,
but they are also the defendants in about a bazillion lawsuits
 from blow-out induced roll-overs. Coincidence??
