The records are all open in unblown FMS except:
D (Potter) 246.361
B (Kennedy) 251.261

In Blown, ALL open except E (Waddill) 243.970

The minimum on D/BFMS (isn't that your intended clas?) for the
Red Hat is only 250 mph.
