There are a lot of reasons we don't run at Harper, 1st is it to short,2nd
it's is softer and won't handle the high HP cars,3rd, not easy to get to,and
it's a long way from any emergency services etc. I think the BLM has permit
restrictions as well for thhat area. We have to be happy with what we have.
