Whatever its supposed benefits, their marketing organization sure picked a
bad name for their company. 

"Meta-lax" sounds like a drink made with Metamucil & Ex-lax.  :)

The Meta-Lax process has been around for many years. Enter it that way
in Goggle and do a search. An incredible amount of information will show

The Army uses if for stress relief on cannon barrels and the Coast Guard
has used it on aluminum hulls.  In the beginning there was not much
scientific support offered, however, it has been around so long and so
much empirical data has developed it would be a mistake to not look into
