Man, this has to be the longest day of the year. All ready to go except for a
few last minute things to throw into the truck. Plan on leaving about 4:30 am
Tuesday. Nothing esle to get ready and getting bored setting around waiting
for someone like Mayf to start someting. Kt is busy looking for hands with
hooters and don't know what what to do with them anyway. Joe Amo is deluting
his oil now (known as pissoil 30wt.)
Jon ain't saying anything, Dave is staring at his dyno in disielief, Joe Timny
is probably welding up something for keith, Becket is in hiding, and most of
the left coast bunch are leaving today or at least by wednesday to get a spot
along the track side of the pits which are seven miles long and 50 ft wide
this year. The rain missed the salt yesterday and is looking good for the long
term forcast so Wes Potter says. Saw Chris Harris and a few of the New Zealand
bunch at the swap meet on sunday, sure are a high spirited bunch, lots of fun
to talk with. Stop by there pits and say hello. Looks like a 400 entry list
again this year and we are going to do everything we can to keep the meet
going without delays. This means if your vehicle is not running up to par get
it off the course, use your chute and clear the course asap, keep you CB on
until you have returned to the pits,it important so we can keep you advised of
anything going on around you. No riders in the back of pick ups, and all race
vehicles must be trailerd, pushed or towed to the pits. Boy I sure run this
together, See you there.

Glen
