My $.02.  The word is true. Only true is true. As close as .000 on the
wheels(both planes) and tires 1/16" on total circumference.  I do the
tire/wheel combo truing on the car myself.   The rim is done on a spindle
mounted on my bench.  I was taught by an expert. I'll explain it on the
phone.  If have them and they are off, fix them. Take the time.  You want
the tire on the ground "all" the time.
