Personally, I agree with you about the French...and it's from personal
experience as the result of travelling thru that country 35 years
ago. I'll even wear my "France Stinks" t-shirt today in honor of my
feelings for them. :)
But Target isn't French...and while they may not have the best PR
statistics in the business world, I spose they otta get credit for the good
stuff they do....even if it's done for tax purposes. :)
