You could have a twin-engine setup with opposite rotation to counteract
propeller torque, a la P-38 Lightning or a counter-rotating pair of
propellers such as the Sea Fury.

It's tough to make airspeed at low altitudes but maybe in
Bolivia.............

You guys realize, of course, that prop driven airplanes have gone over 500
MPH????? So why can't a prop driven car go 400 or so???? Problems could be
air blast twist and torque but both could be controllable.  Skip (just
keeping an open mind here in Pahrump where it's 31 and clear)
