Flush Head Pop Rivet Queation

Would like to use 1/8" Flush head Cherrymax rivets to fasten the skin onto the
frame of my canopy - Will body filler stay put if used to fill the small
divots left where the mandrill breaks off - I know aircraft homebuilders use
these rivets in blind areas but they don't see the vibration of a race car .
