The burn rate is determined by the chemistry. A-18C @ >120.3 burns faster
than 110K @ 115.5. and A-8C @ >120.3 burns slowest of all.
While A-18C and A-8C specifications look very similar, they are totally
different.
A-18C is for NA drag motors.
A-8C is for very high manifold pressure endurance applications.
