Yeah sure, the 15th is the deadline, but can anyone tell me why we still
don't have rule books here in the Lone Star State? Discrimination? Lack of
'a special club'? What gives? I read where the books went to print earlier
than ever - heck I even saw one in March at Hilborn and thoought I'd see my
very own soon. The poor mail lady is getting tired of my questions.
Any ideas? Are trucks still allowed? Any body else get their rule books?
(oh yeah, the dues ARE paid)
