Joysey Engineering has completed the 04 rule book limpification test - The
rule book was bent face out (was delivered face in) and inserted in the tube
and stood on end - After 12 hours (as estimated) disaster struck and the limp
rule book turned into a slide hammer - If SCTA decides the carbon fiber
reinforced cover suggestion is too expensive for next year , the poster could
be crumpled into a ball and pushed inside the rule book - A wrinkled poster is
a small price for knowing the rules .
