Maybe they just need a 'fuel class' for the 'hopped up'pidgeons..
ya right..
And who is the worthy volunteer to inspect said droppings for having to
run
in the 'fuel class' Not me that is for sure.. next they will check for
steriods to see if someone is building a super pidgeon.. larger than a
turkey and faster than a hawk... sure..
